Review first, publish later
Send an owner application. An administrator reviews it and can create a private property draft. Publishing requires verification of the right to offer the space, photo permissions and current details. Submitting an application does not publish an advert or confirm a booking.

No. Occupancy, price, duration and payment terms depend on the actual offer and agreement. We do not promise guaranteed returns or permanent occupancy.
Which photographs should I prepare?
Use bright, current photographs of all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and access. Add a floor plan if available. Show actual conditions and avoid residents’ identity documents or personal belongings.
