How much does team accommodation cost?
The price depends on location, capacity, equipment and length of stay. Compare rent together with utilities, cleaning and transport. Our calculator keeps the refundable deposit separate.
Can I rent my apartment to a company?
Before agreeing, identify the tenant and actual occupants, capacity, costs, deposit and handover arrangements. Check that the proposed use and accommodation meet the applicable requirements.
Do the homepage photographs show available accommodation?
Homepage photographs are illustrative images from the original Najmodavac project. Confirmed Slovenian properties are shown separately in the accommodation catalogue. Availability must be checked for your dates.
What should we check before foreign workers move in?
Check the suitability of the property, applicable housing and hygiene standards, and residence registration requirements. Our guides link to official Slovenian sources.
Is an enquiry a booking?
No. Sending the form saves your enquiry with the Slovenia team. A rental or booking requires a separate agreement confirming the property, availability, price and conditions.
