The enquiry form sends information only when you confirm “Send enquiry”. The calculator works locally in your browser.
Enquiries
We store your name, contact details, company if supplied, accommodation requirements, language and acknowledgement of this information in the Slovenia system to respond to your enquiry and manage the discussion. Please do not send identity documents or workers’ sensitive personal information.
Separate Slovenia records
Slovenian and English enquiries use the same Slovenian workspace. They are not sent to the Croatian property database or its form-processing endpoints. Access to enquiries and private owner details is restricted to authorised administrators.
Property publication
Owner applications remain private until reviewed. A published listing shows only approved accommodation details and photographs. Full private addresses and owner contact fields are not returned by the public catalogue API.
Hosting and security
The website uses Sites hosting with dedicated database and file storage. The hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Enquiry rate limiting uses a time-limited hashed network identifier. Administrators sign in through ChatGPT; normal visitors do not need an account.
Calculator, cookies and external links
Calculations and checklist downloads run in your browser. We do not include advertising or analytics scripts. Administrator sign-in may use essential authentication cookies. External websites have their own privacy policies.
Questions and removal requests
Contact info@najmodavac.hr, identify the Slovenia enquiry and include its reference if available. Data is used for handling the enquiry and related arrangements; request access, correction or removal through this contact. Do not include unnecessary personal documents in your request.
